Hi, my name is Urja, welcome to my dream! I am a journalism and philosophy student at Loyola University Chicago, and a student to all that the world has to teach. I am starting this blog to document my travels and experiences, sharing my failures, triumphs, and everything in between.
I want to use my experiences to delve into the larger discussions of the human condition, and all the ways in which it manifests. Examining what unifies us as well as what separates us, to better understand the world we live in. I am in the pursuit of the stories of strangers, those that create the mosaic of their communities.
I am also an avid foodie. Food is my guide, to travel and to life. For me, nothing encompasses a place or a people the way food does, and this is the philosophy that steers me as I stumble through new cities.
